Quick answers about how MyCashback works.
How do I get cashback?
Buy a gift card or top-up. Cashback is credited to your wallet after the order is delivered. The rate for each product is shown on its page.
What are Available, Pending and Promo?
Available can be spent or cashed out. Pending is reward money still in its waiting period. Promo is credit you can spend on purchases but not withdraw.
How do I pay?
Use your wallet, promo credit, or pay the rest with bKash or Nagad at checkout.
Where is my code?
Open Orders and select the order. When it shows Delivered, press Reveal code. If an order stays pending longer than expected, contact us; if we cannot get it filled it is refunded to your wallet.
How do gifts work?
Choose Send as gift on a delivered order and enter your friend's email. They receive a link to claim it after signing in. You can resend the email a few times if it does not arrive.
How do I cash out?
Set a PIN under PIN, then request a cash-out under Payouts to your bKash number. The minimum and fee are shown before you confirm.
How do draws work?
When draws are running there is a free weekly draw and paid tickets. Each draw shows its prizes and, afterwards, its winners and the proof needed to check the result.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in page press Forgot password, enter your email, and open the link in the same browser you used to ask for it.
