Your account

You need an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping them private, along with your PIN. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

One person may hold one account. We may freeze an account that looks abusive, such as one created only to collect sign-up credit.

Buying gift cards and top-ups

You can pay from your wallet balance, promo credit, or through bKash or Nagad. An order is complete when the code appears under Orders.

If we cannot get an order filled, it is refunded to your wallet. Delivered codes cannot be returned.

Cashback and rewards

Cashback and referral rewards are credited according to the rates shown in the app, which can change. Some rewards stay pending for a short waiting period before they become available.

Promo credit is for purchases only and cannot be cashed out.

Gifts

A gift is claimed with a code sent to the recipient's email. Anyone who holds the code can claim the gift until it expires, so send it only to a person you trust.

Draws and tickets

Draws are games of chance and may not always be available. Prizes, ticket prices and limits are shown in the app when a draw is open. You must be allowed by the law where you live to take part.

Cashing out

You can withdraw available balance to a bKash number linked to your account. The minimum, fee and daily limit are shown when you request a cash-out. Your PIN is required.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for fraud, to resell codes in breach of a brand's rules, or to attack the system. We may suspend access and withhold rewards that were obtained this way.
